-Once the shirt is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them. 

-If shirt color is sold out and I can't find the shirt then I will message you and go from there. Either get another color shirt, wait til comes back in stock or I can refund you.
